Fitting Alphacool 17440 — messing computerkoelingsfitting, zwart, 32×86×32 mm

Alphacool 17440 is a brass fitting designed for computer liquid cooling systems, finished in black and sized at 32 × 86 × 32 mm. This compact metal connector is intended to join sections of tubing or interface with other cooling hardware in custom PC loops, offering the durability of brass in a small, lightweight form factor for reliable fluid routing within a system.

Advantages

The brass construction provides corrosion resistance and mechanical strength compared with many plastic alternatives, while the black finish offers a discreet visual appearance that integrates with a variety of case and component color schemes. Its compact dimensions and low weight reduce added load on fittings and tubing runs, and the machined surfaces ensure a secure connection point for standard liquid cooling hoses and adapters.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops requiring metal connectors
• Builders replacing plastic fittings with metal alternatives
• Systems where a discreet black finish is desired
• Compact or space-constrained radiator, pump, or reservoir configurations

Key specifications

• Material: brass
• Finish: black
• External dimensions: 32 × 86 × 32 mm
• Weight: 0.04 kg
• Application: connector for computer liquid cooling loops

How to use

Install the fitting by connecting it to compatible tubing or adapters in the intended location of the cooling loop, ensuring proper orientation with respect to flow direction and component placement. Use appropriate hose clamps or compression fittings as required by the tubing type to achieve a leak-free seal. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test with the loop filled and the system powered off to confirm connections are secure before full operation.

Recommendations

Prioritize compatible tubing inner and outer diameters when selecting connectors and secure all joints with proper clamps or compression rings. Regularly inspect metal fittings for signs of corrosion or wear, and use a non-conductive coolant if there is potential for fluid contact with electronic components.
