Fixeerunit Brother LJB343001 voor Brother laserprinters – compatibel met DCP-L2500D, DCP-L2540DN, DCP-L2560DW, HL-L2360DN, MFC-L2700DN

Brother LJB343001 is a fuser unit compatible with a range of Brother laser printers including DCP-L2500D, DCP-L2540DN, DCP-L2560DW, HL-L2360DN and MFC-L2700DN. Supplied as a single unit per pack, this maintenance part fuses toner to paper to restore proper fixing and maintain consistent print quality. Replacing a worn or failed fuser helps prevent smearing and reduces paper jams that result from incomplete toner fusion.

Advantages

The fuser unit is engineered to match the heat and pressure requirements of the specified Brother models, providing uniform toner adhesion and stable image permanence. As an OEM Brother part, it is designed to fit directly into the printer without modifications and to work with the machine’s existing controls and sensors. Single-unit packaging simplifies inventory management for routine maintenance.

Suitable for

• Routine maintenance and scheduled replacement to restore print fixing
• Repairing printers that produce smeared or poorly fixed prints
• Reducing paper jams caused by a degraded fusing process
• Maintaining consistent monochrome output quality in office or home environments

Key specifications

• Compatibility: DCP-L2500D, DCP-L2540DN, DCP-L2560DW, HL-L2360DN, MFC-L2700DN
• Contents: one fuser unit per pack
• Function: fuses toner to paper using heat and pressure
• Intended use: maintenance/replaceable wear part for laser printers

How to use

Turn the printer off and disconnect it from the power source before replacing the fuser. Allow the unit to cool if it has been recently used. Open the printer’s access panels according to the service instructions for the specific model, remove the old fuser unit following the manufacturer’s indicated steps, and install the new fuser in the same orientation until it locks into place. Reassemble the access panels, reconnect power, and perform any recommended printer initialization or calibration procedures. Dispose of the removed unit in accordance with local electronic waste regulations.

Recommendations

Use the fuser unit as part of scheduled maintenance when print quality degrades or after the printer’s maintenance counter indicates replacement. For consistent results, use genuine Brother toner and follow the printer model’s service intervals and safety instructions.
