Flightcase Roadinger 30126207 multiplex zilver 3,7 kg

The Roadinger flight case model 30126207 is a plywood transport case finished in silver, designed to protect equipment during transit while remaining lightweight at approximately 3.7 kg. Its plywood construction provides a balance between rigidity and weight, making it suitable for routine touring, studio moves and compact storage. The case is intended to shield instruments, electronics and accessories from mechanical impacts, dust and casual handling during transport.

Advantages

Plywood construction offers structural strength with reduced weight compared with heavier materials. The silver finish gives a uniform appearance that resists visible wear and is easy to clean. The case is compact and portable, enabling easier handling when loading into vehicles or carrying short distances. Its interior space is designed for secure placement of gear, helping to minimize movement and impact during transport.

How to use

Place equipment inside the flight case ensuring padded or fitted supports are used to limit internal movement. Secure lids and latches fully before lifting or placing the case in a vehicle. When stacking multiple cases, align load-bearing edges and avoid overloading beyond the case’s intended capacity. For delicate electronics or instruments, add foam inserts or additional padding to prevent contact between items and the case shell.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect exterior fittings and corners for signs of wear; replace or repair damaged hardware to maintain protective performance. Store the flight case in a dry environment to avoid moisture-related deterioration of the plywood. For long-term transport in variable weather, use additional weatherproof covers or place the case inside a protected compartment. Handle by built-in grips or with two-person lifts for heavier loads to reduce the risk of accidental drops.
