Flightcase Roadinger 30126432 multiplex zwart zilver 64,5 kg

The Roadinger 30126432 Plywood Black Silver flight case is a heavy-duty transport container engineered to protect professional equipment during transit. Constructed from multi-layer plywood and fitted with metal edges and reinforced corners, this flight case combines structural rigidity with a refined black and silver finish. With a net weight of 64.5 kg, it is intended for secure handling of large or heavy audio, lighting, or stage components while providing reliable shock and wear resistance.

Advantages

The plywood construction offers a balance of strength and dimensional stability, while metal reinforcements increase impact resistance at stress points. The finish provides surface protection against scratches and light corrosion. Interior fittings can be adapted for various gear layouts, and the case is designed for repeated loading and unloading cycles, offering long-term durability for professional road use.

How to use

Place the equipment inside after fitting appropriate foam inserts or internal fittings to prevent movement. Close the lid ensuring all butterfly latches engage fully, and secure any additional fastenings. Use recessed handles or lifting points for manual handling; for heavier loads use appropriate lifting equipment or a team lift. During transit, position the case to minimise exposure to direct impacts and avoid placing unstable loads on top.

Recommendations

Inspect internal fittings regularly and replace foam or padding showing signs of compression. Clean the exterior with a mild detergent and avoid high-pressure washing on metal fittings to preserve surface treatment. When stacking, distribute weight evenly and avoid exceeding recommended stack loads for allied equipment.
