Force Feedback Racing Wheel Thrustmaster T248R met schakelpakket voor PS5/pc

The Force Feedback Racing Wheel Thrustmaster T248R with Shifter Pack for PS5/PC is a bundled steering system that combines a force-feedback wheelbase, a detachable racing wheel and a separate shifter unit. Designed for use with supported PS5 and PC racing titles, the T248R delivers variable-strength, realistic steering sensations and manual gear control via the included shift gate. The set connects to consoles or a PC to provide tactile input for sim racing, driving games and training scenarios.

Advantages

The Thrustmaster T248R provides adjustable force feedback that reproduces road forces and resistance for improved vehicle control and immersion. The included shifter pack allows for conventional H-pattern gear changes, adding realism for manual transmission setups. The wheel and shifter are ergonomically laid out for comfortable operation during extended sessions and the plug-and-play connection simplifies setup on supported PS5 and PC systems.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This bundle may not be suitable for users who require a high-end direct-drive wheelbase, as the T248R uses a geared force-feedback system that prioritizes a balance between realism and cost. It may also be less appropriate for those who only play games that do not support dedicated wheel peripherals or who prefer automatic transmission without manual shifting.

How to use

Connect the wheelbase to the PS5 or PC via the supplied cable and secure the wheel unit to a desk or wheel stand using the built-in clamps. Attach the shifter unit to a stable surface within reach and connect it to the wheelbase. Launch a supported game and configure control settings to recognize the wheel and shifter; adjust force feedback intensity and button mappings as needed. During use, operate the wheel for steering, the pedals for throttle and brake input, and the shifter for manual gear selection when required by the game.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For stable performance, mount the wheel and shifter on rigid surfaces and ensure pedal placement allows full range of motion. Start with moderate force feedback settings and increase gradually to match personal preference and to avoid excessive strain on the wheel mechanism. Regularly check mounting clamps and cable connections for wear and secure fit.
