Suitable for

• Home kitchens where compact espresso-style brewing is required
• Travel and camping trips where electricity is unavailable
• Small households or single-serve brewing
• Users who prefer manual stovetop coffee preparation

Key specifications

• Material: aluminium body with heat-resistant handle
• Capacity: small volume suitable for multiple small espresso-style cups
• Brewing method: stovetop Moka pot (pressure from steam)
• Compatibility: gas, electric and ceramic stovetops
• Assembly: simple screw-together parts for water chamber, filter basket and collection chamber
• Operation: manual, no electricity required

How to use

Fill the bottom water chamber to the safety valve level, place finely ground coffee into the filter basket without pressing it down, then assemble the pot by screwing the top and bottom sections together tightly. Place the assembled Moka pot on a stovetop over medium heat. When the coffee starts to flow into the upper chamber, reduce heat to avoid boiling; remove from heat once the flow slows and the upper chamber is filled. Allow the pot to cool briefly before unscrewing and serving.

Recommendations

Use a medium-fine grind suited for Moka pots and fresh water for best extraction. Clean the pot after each use by rinsing with warm water and avoiding detergents that can alter flavour; dry thoroughly to prevent oxidation of the aluminium. When using on electric or ceramic hobs, match the burner size to the pot base to ensure even heating. Handle the pot carefully when hot and ensure the gasket and filter are intact for safe operation.
