Foto-objectief ShiftCam LU-MC-025-23-EF — macro-objectief 25x, M12-aansluiting, aluminium/glas, 34,8 mm, 36,6 g, zwart/goud

ShiftCam LU-MC-025-23-EF is a compact macro photo lens designed for smartphone and mobile accessory systems with an M12 mount. Built from aluminium and optical glass, this lens provides extreme close-up capability with a maximum magnification of 25x. At 34.8 mm length and 36.6 g weight, the lens is small and lightweight while finished in black and gold for a discreet, durable appearance. It is intended for capturing fine details of small subjects such as insects, jewelry and product features at close working distances.

Advantages

The 25x magnification lets you reveal textures and structural detail that are not visible to the naked eye, while the aluminium housing and glass optics aim to deliver stable handling and clear imaging. The M12 mount provides a compact, widely compatible interface for many smartphone adapters and mobile rigs. Low weight and modest length make the lens easy to position for close focusing at short working distances.

Suitable for

• Macro photography of insects and small animals
• Close-up product and jewelry photography
• Texture and material detail capture for inspection or documentation
• Hobbyist and field photography with smartphone adapters

Key specifications

• Maximum magnification: 25x
• Mount type: M12 mount
• Materials: aluminium housing, optical glass elements
• Length: 34.8 mm
• Weight: 36.6 g
• Finish: black and gold
• Recommended focus distance: close working distance (typically around 10–15 mm for optimal detail capture)

How to use

Attach the lens to a compatible M12 mount adapter or smartphone rig, then position the camera so the subject fills the frame while maintaining the recommended close working distance. Use a stable support or a tripod to minimise camera movement; due to the high magnification, small movements have a large effect on composition and focus. Manual focus and careful framing are recommended to capture the desired detail, and consistent lighting will help reveal textures and reduce shadows.

Recommendations

For best results, work with continuous or diffused lighting and a stable mount; use small increments of movement when adjusting focus and keep the subject steady. When photographing living subjects like insects, allow time for the subject to acclimate to the setup to reduce motion. Consider focus stacking in post-processing for greater depth of field when required.
