Fotolijst aluminium Franken BS1006 zilver

The Franken BS1006 picture frame is crafted from durable aluminium with a matte silver finish. It has a slim profile 100 mm wide and 1110 mm deep, designed to present photographs, prints or narrow artworks with a contemporary appearance. The single-frame pack contains the frame ready for mounting and display, offering a lightweight and corrosion-resistant solution suitable for home, office or exhibition spaces.

Advantages

Aluminium construction provides stability and long-term resistance to warping or moisture. The matte silver surface reduces glare and complements a wide range of interior styles. A narrow but deep profile gives visual emphasis to vertical compositions while keeping the overall weight low for easier handling and wall mounting.

Suitable for

• Displaying vertical photographs and portrait-format prints
• Presenting narrow artworks, certificates or posters
• Office corridors, hallways and exhibition panels
• Home interiors where a minimalist metal frame is preferred

Key specifications

• Material: aluminium with matte silver finish
• Visible frame width: 100 mm
• Frame depth: 1110 mm
• Pack contents: one picture frame
• Finish: corrosion-resistant, low-glare surface

How to use

Place the artwork or photograph into the frame from the rear according to the frame's fastening method, ensuring it is centered and held securely. Use appropriate wall fixings rated for the combined weight of frame and contents, and mount at a comfortable viewing height. For vertical displays align the frame so the longer depth dimension runs vertically. Clean the aluminium surface with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners that could alter the matte finish.

Recommendations

For best results, use acid-free backing and mounting materials to protect prints. When displaying in direct sunlight, consider UV-filtering glazing to reduce long-term fading of photographic paper and artworks.
