Friteuse CLATRONIC FR 3195 – dubbele friteuse 4 L, 2000 W, RVS, zwart

The Clatronic FR 3195 Double is a twin-basket deep fryer with a combined oil capacity of 4 liters and a 2000 W heating element designed for household and small-scale catering use. The unit has a black and stainless steel exterior that provides corrosion resistance and a compact footprint for countertop placement. The fryer operates from a standard 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply and includes two separate frying chambers for simultaneous preparation of different foods.

The 2000 W power rating delivers rapid heat-up and consistent temperature maintenance for even frying results. Stainless steel construction around the cooking area improves durability and simplifies cleaning. The unit’s weight and compact design make it straightforward to move and store when not in use.

How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and fill each chamber with oil up to the indicated level. Connect to a 230 V power outlet and set the desired temperature if the appliance is equipped with a control knob. Allow the oil to reach temperature before adding food to ensure consistent frying and reduced oil absorption. Use the included baskets to lower and lift food safely; monitor cooking progress and remove food when the required color and texture are achieved. After use, switch off, unplug, and allow the oil and appliance to cool before draining and cleaning according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, use oils with suitable smoke points for deep frying, avoid overfilling baskets to maintain oil temperature, and perform regular oil changes to preserve food quality and extend the life of the fryer. Clean the stainless steel surfaces with non-abrasive cloths and follow safety guidelines when handling hot oil.
