Gabel FLD Carbon opvouwbare loop- en nordic-walkingstokken, 125 cm, zwart

Every step on rough, uneven terrain sends shock through your joints. A good pair of poles absorbs some of that impact and helps you maintain a steady rhythm. The Gabel FLD Carbon poles are engineered for exactly that: lightweight, foldable and ready for both running and Nordic walking. With a full carbon shaft, they keep the weight down without sacrificing strength, so you can cover more distance with less fatigue.

Who is it for

These poles suit active outdoor enthusiasts who switch between trail running and Nordic walking. They’re also a great choice for hikers and trekkers who want a compact, portable set for long adventures. The 125 cm length works well for most average-height adults, and the adjustable strap offers a secure, personalized fit.

Tips

To get the best from your poles, adjust the height so your elbows form a 90-degree angle when the tip is on the ground. Use the quick-release strap to secure your hand for pushing off, and let it go when you need to reset. When packing, simply fold the sections together and store them in the included bag (if supplied) or a backpack.
