Key specifications

• Interface: USB connection for host device
• Compatibility: Designed to support a range of compatible gamepads and controllers
• Form factor: Compact, lightweight adapter suitable for portable use
• Function: Translates controller signals for input transmission to USB hosts

How to use

Connect the controller to the Brook Gaming Wingman P5 USB adapter, then plug the adapter into the host device’s USB port. The host system typically recognizes the adapter as a standard input device; follow any on-screen prompts if the system requests driver installation. Once connected, test buttons and analog controls in a controller settings menu or a compatible game to verify proper mapping and responsiveness.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, use a direct USB port on the console or PC rather than a passive USB hub, and ensure controller firmware (if applicable) is up to date. Handle the adapter and connected cables gently to avoid strain on connectors. If input mapping is incorrect, consult the host system’s controller settings or the adapter’s documentation for configuration options.
