How to use

Adjust the seat height with the gas lift to set your thighs parallel to the floor and your feet flat. Use the 4D armrests to position your forearms at a comfortable height and distance from the desk. Recline the backrest between 90° and 160° for working or relaxing and lock the desired angle. Fine-tune the tilt tension so the spring-assisted mechanism supports your natural movement without excessive rocking.

Recommendations

For prolonged comfort, take regular breaks, maintain an ergonomic desk and monitor height, and avoid exceeding the specified maximum load of 150 kg. Clean the fabric cover with a soft brush or a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals.
