Use the tilt tension knob beneath the seat to set resistance for reclining; operate the reclining lever to move the backrest up to 160º for rest. Position the 2D armrests vertically and horizontally to support forearms at a comfortable height and distance. Place the included head and lumbar pillows where they provide the best neck and lower back support.

Recommendations

For safety and longevity, avoid placing excessive weight beyond the chair’s intended use, perform periodic checks of screws and mechanisms, and clean the PVC leather with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Adjust settings gradually to find a comfortable ergonomic position for extended use.
