The Gembird Bi-directional SATA/IDE converter is an internal adapter that bridges the gap between older IDE devices and modern SATA interfaces, or vice versa. It allows you to connect IDE hard drives or ATAPI devices to SATA host controllers, and SATA drives to IDE controllers, extending the usability of your existing hardware without the need for drivers.
