Gevlochten slang DeLOCK 18921 10 m x 9 mm zwart

The DeLOCK braided sleeving 18921 is a self-closing protective sleeve 10 m long with a maximum diameter of 9 mm. Made from polyester in black, it bundles and protects exposed cables, tubes and wires from dirt and mechanical damage while improving cable appearance. Its flexible, expandable weave adapts to various cable diameters and supports neat cable routing in home or professional environments.

Advantages

The polyester construction provides abrasion resistance and long-lasting protection without adding significant weight. The self-closing braided design allows quick installation without tools and conforms to cable shapes for a tidy finish. The 10 m length covers multiple runs or long cable paths, and the 9 mm maximum diameter suits individual cables or small cable bundles.

Suitable for

• Organizing individual power or data cables
• Protecting exposed wires in home entertainment setups
• Cable management in office or workshop environments
• Routing and bundling small wiring looms

How to use

Measure the cable length to be covered and cut the braided sleeving to size with scissors. Insert or feed cables into the sleeving by expanding the braid and sliding the wires through; for tight fits, push the ends together or use a small conical tool to ease insertion. Trim any frayed ends and secure the sleeve with heat-shrink tubing, cable ties or adhesive tape as needed to prevent unraveling.

Recommendations

Use the sleeving for protection and tidying of cables that do not exceed the specified maximum diameter; avoid using it on high-temperature conductors unless additional heat-resistant measures are applied. For permanent installations, secure both ends to prevent movement and check compatibility with nearby connectors and plugs.
