Use the backrest adjustment to find a supported posture for the lumbar region and lock the backrest angle when you find a comfortable position. Activate the rocker mechanism for gentle rocking when needed and set the 2D armrests to match your desk height to keep shoulders relaxed. Attach the head and lumbar cushions at positions that support your natural spinal curvature; remove the cushion covers for washing at 30°C when necessary.
