Key specifications

• Ergonomic backrest with lumbar contour
• Adjustable seat height via gas lift mechanism
• 360° swivel base for easy mobility
• Padded armrests for forearm comfort
• Cushioned seat with supportive foam padding
• Sturdy frame construction suitable for regular use

How to use

Adjust the seat height so your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees form approximately a right angle. Sit with your back against the backrest so the lumbar contour supports the lower spine; use the seat depth and back positioning to achieve a comfortable reach to your desk and input devices. Use the swivel base to turn and reach peripherals without twisting your torso, and rest your forearms on the padded armrests to reduce shoulder tension. Periodically stand and stretch during long sessions to complement the chair's ergonomic support.

Recommendations

For best results, combine correct seat height and back positioning with regular micro-breaks. Maintain a desk and monitor setup where the top of the screen is at or slightly below eye level and the keyboard is positioned so your wrists remain neutral. Clean upholstery according to the material care instructions and check fastenings periodically to ensure stable performance over time.
