Advantages

CORE.RDY 360 lumbar support adapts to posture in all directions to maintain spinal support. The SYNC6 mechanism provides six levels of fine-tuned comfort with both synchronous tilt and forward seat tilt for coordinated back-and-seat movement and an inclined seating option to promote better posture and circulation. The ergonomic headrest with side wings and memory-foam padding supports the neck from multiple positions. A reversible under-desk footrest offers both passive support and an active rocker mode, while adjustable seat depth and a seatback pocket increase usability. Construction uses a sturdy nylon frame and steel base for durability.

How to use

Adjust the chair height to align your knees and hips at approximately 90 degrees using the gas lift. Use the SYNC6 controls to set the synchronous tilt and to engage forward seat tilt when you need an inclined seat position for tasks. Turn the knob under the seat to set seat depth so your thighs are supported without pressure behind the knees. Position the CORE.RDY lumbar support by sitting naturally and allowing it to self-adjust around your lower back. Attach and adjust the headrest strap so the memory-foam cushion supports your neck comfortably. Place the footrest under the desk and flip between footrest and rocker modes depending on whether you want passive elevation or active movement.

Recommendations

For ergonomic benefit, alternate between reclined and forward-tilt positions during long sessions, adjust seat depth so there is a small gap between the seat front and the back of your knees, and use the footrest to improve circulation when seated for extended periods.
