Gevoerde strijkplankhoes Leifheit 71606 — katoen/polyester/polyurethaan, passend voor 1250 × 400 mm, blauw

The Leifheit Thermo Reflect M padded ironing board cover (model 71606) speeds up ironing by reflecting steam and heat from the iron back into the garment, reducing ironing time by up to 33% compared with a conventional cover. The cover has a 4 mm molleton comfort layer for extra cushioning and is made of Eco-Tex certified materials. It is designed to fit ironing boards up to 125 x 40 cm and is suitable for use with steam irons.

Advantages

The Thermo Reflect surface produces a double-sided ironing effect that improves heat and steam distribution, making ironing more efficient. A 4 mm padded molleton layer adds comfort and creates a smooth working surface. The cover includes an elastic drawstring, Easy-Fit velcro on the sides and a tightening clip to ensure a secure, crease-free fit. Materials are Eco-Tex certified for quality and environmental safety.

Suitable for

• Ironing shirts, blouses and lightweight garments
• Pressing trousers and skirts
• Using with steam irons for faster results
• Standard ironing boards up to 125 x 40 cm

How to use

Place the cover over the ironing board with the reflective side facing upward and align the edges. Use the cover with a steam iron as usual; the reflective layer returns heat and steam into the fabric to shorten ironing time.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cover on a board no larger than 125 x 40 cm and ensure the reflective side is facing up. Regularly check and tighten the drawstring and velcro for a smooth, crease-free surface. Follow your iron manufacturer's instructions for steam settings suitable to the fabric you are ironing.
