Global Proof KIT CKS600/260 vloeibaar rubber afdichtingsset

Unlike ordinary bitumen coatings or patch repairs, the Global Proof KIT CKS600/260 forms a single, seamless waterproof membrane that stretches up to 600% without tearing. This cold-applied system bonds directly to concrete, metal, wood, felt, and asphalt, eliminating the need for torches or hot works. The kit includes everything required for a professional two-coat application on flat roofs, balconies, gutters, and wet rooms.

Highlights

• Complete kit: 6 kg liquid rubber, 1 L primer, 10 m x 260 mm reinforcement fleece, roller handle, 2 roller sleeves, brush, and gloves
• High elasticity (up to 600%) bridges hairline cracks and withstands structural movement
• Moisture-cured polyurethane formula remains flexible from -40°C to +90°C
• Excellent UV and weather resistance – waterproof and frost-proof
• Low VOC, solvent-free, and safe for indoor use
• Coverage up to 4 m² with two coats

In daily use

Apply by brush or roller at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. The primer ensures adhesion on porous substrates, while the embedded geotextile fleece reinforces corners, joints, and flashings. Touch dry in 2–4 hours; full cure in 24–48 hours at 20°C. The black finish can be overcoated or left exposed thanks to its UV-stable formulation.
