goobay CAT 6 SFTP, PiMF 25m patchkabel wit

High-performance Cat.6 patch cable engineered for reliable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over distances up to 25 metres. The SFTP construction with PiMF shielding (pairs in metal foil) and an overall braided shield delivers superior protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, ensuring stable, error-free data transmission in demanding environments.

Advantages

Gold-plated RJ45 connectors resist corrosion and maintain optimal signal integrity. Stranded 26 AWG copper conductors offer excellent flexibility for easy routing through cable ducts and behind furniture. The durable PVC jacket withstands daily wear while remaining pliable for installation. Fully backward compatible with 10/100 Mbps networks.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, laptops, and network printers to routers or switches
• Gigabit Ethernet backbone links in home or office networks
• Areas with high electromagnetic noise (near power lines, industrial equipment)
• Professional installations requiring shielded Cat.6 cabling

Key specifications

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid sharp bends with a radius less than four times the cable diameter. When bundling multiple cables, use hook-and-loop straps instead of tight zip ties to prevent deformation of the shielding. Pair with shielded RJ45 connectors and grounded patch panels to fully utilise the SFTP shielding.
