GOOBAY Multiport USB-C PD GaN tafellader 65 W, zwart

The GOOBAY multiport USB-C PD GaN desktop charger 65 W in black is a compact power adapter designed to deliver fast and efficient charging for laptops, tablets, smartphones and other USB-C devices. Using GaN (gallium nitride) technology together with USB-C Power Delivery (PD), this desktop charger offers up to 65 W total output across its ports while keeping its housing small and heat management improved. The charger is intended for use at home, in the office or on the go where reliable multi-device charging is needed.

Advantages

This GOOBAY charger combines GaN efficiency with USB-C PD to reduce size and improve thermal performance compared with traditional silicon chargers. The 65 W total power budget allows charging of power-hungry devices such as ultrabooks and larger tablets, while still supporting phones and accessories. A multiport design enables simultaneous charging of several devices, simplifying cable management and reducing the need for multiple adapters. The black housing provides a neutral, discreet appearance suitable for different environments.

Suitable for

• Charging laptops and ultrabooks that accept USB-C PD input up to 65 W
• Powering tablets and large-screen iPads with fast-charge capability
• Charging smartphones, wireless earbuds and portable accessories simultaneously
• Desk use at home or office where multiple devices need regular charging
• Travel and business trips where a compact multiport charger reduces carry weight

Key specifications

• Total output power: 65 W (combined across ports)
• Fast charging standard: USB-C Power Delivery (PD)
• Semiconductor technology: GaN (gallium nitride) for improved efficiency and reduced size
• Form factor: compact desktop charger in black housing
• Intended device types: laptops, tablets, smartphones and other USB-C devices

How to use

Connect the charger to an appropriate AC mains outlet using the supplied power cable or compatible mains lead. Plug the device USB-C cable into the charger’s USB-C PD port and into the device’s USB-C power input. When multiple devices are connected, the charger distributes up to 65 W total according to each device’s power negotiation via USB-C PD. Ensure connected device cables and device power settings support USB-C PD fast charging for optimal performance. Place the charger on a stable, flat surface and avoid obstructing ventilation during operation.

Recommendations

Use quality USB-C cables rated for PD and the required wattage. Check device manufacturer guidance for maximum supported input power and avoid using the charger in damp or excessively hot environments. For continuous high-load charging (for example, charging a laptop at near 65 W), allow airflow around the charger to assist cooling and periodically inspect cables and connectors for wear.
