Grandstream GWN7721P Layer 2 Lite Managed 2,5-gigabit PoE+-switch, 5 poorten (4x 2,5G PoE+, 1x 2,5G), 60W budget, ventilatorloos, cloud/web-beheerd

The GWN7721P stands apart from typical small-business switches by pairing 2.5-Gigabit speed with Power over Ethernet Plus on four of its five ports, all in a silent, fanless chassis. That means you can connect Wi-Fi 6 access points, IP cameras, or high-speed workstations without running separate power lines, and without the background hum that plagues many managed switches. Grandstream built this model for modern networks that need more than Gigabit but don't want the complexity or cost of 10-Gigabit infrastructure.

Highlights

• 5× 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, including 4× PoE+ (802.3af/at) with a total power budget of 60 W
• Layer 2 Lite management via local web UI, GWN.Cloud, or GWN Manager — no subscription required
• Fanless, compact metal housing for silent operation in offices, meeting rooms, or retail spaces
• 25 Gbps switching capacity and 18.6 Mpps forwarding rate for smooth handling of large file transfers and video traffic
• Supports 802.1Q VLANs (up to 64 active), port-based/802.1p/DSCP QoS, and jumbo frames up to 10 KB

In daily use

Deploy the GWN7721P on a desk or mount it on a wall, then power it with the included external 53 V / 1.25 A adapter. Four ports can deliver up to 30 W each to PoE devices, so a single switch can run several access points or cameras while leaving the fifth port for an uplink to a router or NAS. The web interface gives you per-port control, VLAN segmentation, and traffic prioritisation, while GWN.Cloud lets you manage multiple sites from one dashboard. Because it is fanless, there is no dust build-up or moving parts to fail, making it a reliable choice for long-term installations.
