Grasvlak hark Dedra 120x30 cm model 80C122 — grasvlak gereedschap, 120×30 cm werkbreedte

The Dedra lawn leveling rake model 80C122 is a manual turf leveling tool with a 120×30 cm working width designed to redistribute soil, smooth uneven lawn surfaces and prepare seedbeds. This garden implement is intended for levelling low spots, filling depressions after aeration and breaking up small clumps of soil on home lawns, small gardens and maintained turf areas. The rake accepts a standard handle and is suitable for use with common wooden or metal shafts.

Advantages

The wide 120×30 cm working area covers more surface per pass, reducing the time needed to level larger sections of lawn. Its flat crossbar and evenly spaced tines create a consistent finish while redistributing topsoil, improving seed-to-soil contact when overseeding. The tool’s simple manual design requires no power source and is low-maintenance, making it practical for regular garden care and professional turf maintenance tasks.

How to use

Attach a standard handle to the rake head according to the handle’s fitting. Use long, even passes across the lawn at a shallow angle to redistribute soil into depressions and smooth the surface. For seedbed preparation, rake the area to create an even, firm surface that promotes good seed-to-soil contact. After aeration or scarifying, run the rake lightly over the turf to remove clumps and spread displaced soil. Adjust the pressure and number of passes based on soil type and the severity of unevenness.

Recommendations

Use the Dedra leveling rake on dry to slightly moist soil for best results; saturated soil may clump and stick to the tines. Regular light passes maintain an even lawn surface, while heavier work for deeper dips may require additional topdressing or repeated leveling. Store the tool in a dry place and clean soil from the tines after use to reduce corrosion and prolong service life.
