Groeps-videoconferentiesysteem KanDao Meeting S

KanDao Meeting S is a standalone group video conferencing system that integrates a 180° ultra-wide camera, full-duplex audio with an eight-microphone array and Hi‑Fi speaker, and KanDao Meeting AI 3.0. Designed for small meeting rooms and up to five participants, the unit supports 720p and 1080p Full HD modes and offers Ethernet, Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth connectivity in a compact white housing.

Advantages

The system operates in standalone mode, allowing simple one-device setup without additional hardware. Built-in screen mirroring supports AirPlay and Miracast for one-step sharing from iOS, macOS, Android and Windows devices. Intelligent AI 3.0 automatically detects and tracks active speakers and provides view-lock and zoom functions for focused collaboration. A full‑duplex audio design with eight microphones enables real‑time two‑way conversation with beamforming, noise reduction and echo cancellation, while the Hi‑Fi speaker delivers clear room-filling sound. Local, offline AI processing ensures user privacy by not storing or transmitting private data.

How to use

Place the KanDao Meeting S in the centre of the meeting table or at the front of the room to capture the full 180° view. Power the unit and connect it to the network via Ethernet or Wi‑Fi; optionally pair with devices over Bluetooth. Start a meeting in standalone mode using the device interface or connect to a conferencing platform via USB. Use the built‑in screen mirroring (AirPlay or Miracast) to share content from laptops or mobile devices. During a meeting, the AI will detect and track active speakers automatically; use view‑lock and zoom when you need a fixed framing.

Recommendations

For best audio and video quality, position the device centrally with unobstructed line of sight to participants, keep background noise to a minimum, and connect via Ethernet when possible. Use built‑in mirroring for quick content sharing and rely on the local AI tracking for natural speaker transitions without sending data externally.
