Groothoek-voorzetadapter Freewell FW-FU-XMWA-B voor Fujifilm X100VI / X100V 2-in-1

Freewell 2‑in‑1 Macro Wide‑Angle Lens for FUJI X100VI/X100V combines a wide‑angle converter and a macro attachment in a single compact unit. It mounts directly to the fixed lens of the Fujifilm X100VI and X100V to expand framing options: use the wide‑angle mode for broader landscapes and street scenes, or the macro mode for close‑up detail shots. The adapter is lightweight and includes mounting accessories and protective elements for practical field use.

Advantages

The optical design reduces distortion and chromatic aberration to deliver sharp images across the frame. The adapter provides approximately 0.75× magnification in wide‑angle mode and 2× magnification in macro mode, enabling both wider perspectives and high‑detail close‑ups. Constructed from aluminum alloy with optical glass elements, the unit is compact and weighs under 200 g. A mounting ring ensures secure attachment and the additional 62 mm rear thread allows the use of standard filters.

Suitable for

• Landscape and travel photography needing a wider field of view
• Street and documentary photography where a compact wide angle is useful
• Close‑up and product shots that require macro detail from short working distances

For wide‑angle shots use the adapter in its wide configuration; for close‑ups remove or reposition the wide section to use the macro element. When using filters, mount them on the 62 mm rear thread or the 49 mm front thread as applicable. Store the adapter in the provided bag and protect optics with the front and rear hoods when not in use.

Recommendations

Use the macro mode at close working distances (around 40 mm) and steady the camera on a tripod or stable surface to ensure sharp results. When shooting landscapes or interiors, check framing for edge distortion and, if needed, correct minor aberrations in post‑processing. Clean optical surfaces with the supplied cloth and carry the adapter in its bag to prevent scratches.
