Guil ABZ-30 - 360° draaikoppeling voor buizen met buiten-Ø van 45,0-52,0 mm, max. belastbaarheid

Stage technicians and event riggers often need to rotate a lighting fixture or truss section without loosening the entire assembly. The GUIL ABZ-30 swivel coupler solves this by allowing continuous 360° rotation around a pipe with an outer diameter between 45.0 and 52.0 mm. Its high-strength aluminium construction and 500 kg load capacity make it suitable for professional lighting, sound, and exhibition setups.

Key specifications

• 360° continuous rotation for flexible positioning
• Fits pipes with outer diameter 45.0–52.0 mm
• Maximum load capacity: 500 kg (1102 lbs)
• Material: high-strength aluminium alloy, polished finish
• Fastening: M10 bolt with wing nut for tool-free adjustment
• Two clamping points for secure attachment
• Corrosion-resistant, suitable for indoor and temporary outdoor use
• Compatible with standard truss and pipe systems

Why choose it

The ABZ-30 combines rugged durability with precise rotational control. The wing nut allows quick tightening by hand, while the aluminium body keeps the coupler lightweight for easy transport and installation. Its 500 kg rating provides a wide safety margin for heavy fixtures, and the polished finish resists scratches and corrosion.

Ideal use cases

• Mounting moving head lights or scanners on truss pipes
• Connecting two pipe sections with rotational adjustment
• Exhibition booth structures requiring adjustable angles
• Theatrical rigging where fixtures must be reoriented frequently

Good to know

The coupler is designed for vertical and horizontal loads, but always verify the load rating of the pipe and truss system. For outdoor use, ensure the wing nut is fully tightened and check periodically. The ABZ-30 is a professional-grade component intended for qualified riggers and technicians.
