Haakschroef Extralink EX.6464 16/200 mm – plafond- en muuranker van metaal voor kabelbeheer

Extralink EX.6464 hanging hook screw (16/200mm) is a metal ceiling and wall anchor designed for cable management and light suspension. The screw-in design with a 200 mm threaded shank and a 16 mm hook diameter delivers a stable fixing point for routing cables, hanging conduits or supporting lightweight fixtures in residential and commercial interiors. Constructed from metal for reliable load-bearing and repeated use, this hanging hook screw is suitable where a durable, permanent anchor is required.

Advantages

The metal construction provides strength and resistance to deformation under load while the long threaded shank allows secure embedding into wooden structures or suitable masonry anchors. The 16 mm hook offers sufficient clearance for multiple cable runs or small conduit clips, and the screw-in format enables straightforward installation without specialized tools. The design supports organized routing of power, data and low-voltage cables, helping to maintain tidy installations and reduce strain on cable terminations.

How to use

Choose a suitable mounting point on a structural element such as a ceiling joist or solid wall. If mounting into timber, pre-drill a pilot hole appropriate to the screw shank to avoid splitting; if mounting into masonry, use a compatible masonry plug or anchor to secure the screw. Insert and tighten the screw-in hook until the threaded shank is fully engaged and the hook sits flush and stable. Run cables through the hook or secure them with cable ties as needed, ensuring loads do not exceed the safe capacity of the mounting substrate.

Recommendations

Verify the load-bearing capacity of the mounting substrate before installation, use appropriate wall plugs or anchors for masonry, and avoid overloading the hook. For outdoor or corrosive environments, consider corrosion-resistant alternatives or protective coatings. Regularly inspect mounted points to ensure fasteners remain tight and undamaged.
