Hama 00179229 Coaxkabel 7,5 m F-type wit

The Hama 00179229 coaxial cable (7.5 m) with F-type connectors on both ends provides a durable connection for satellite receivers, TVs and other audio/video devices. The white cable features a large screw head for easier mounting with a spanner and separate shielding of signal lines to ensure clear picture and sound without interference.

Advantages

Large screw head simplifies tightening and loosening of the F-type connectors with a spanner. Double shielding—dense braid plus an extra-strong shielding foil—achieves a screening rate of approximately 90 dB to protect signals from electromagnetic interference. Separately shielded inner lines maintain optimum picture and sound quality, reducing crosstalk and noise.

How to use

Connect the F-type connectors to the corresponding F-socket on your TV, satellite receiver or antenna. Ensure connectors are threaded by hand first, then use a spanner on the large screw head to achieve a secure, firm connection without over-tightening. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from power cables to minimize interference.

Recommendations

For best results, keep connector contacts clean and avoid excessive bending near the ends. If routing alongside other cables, maintain some separation from power lines to reduce potential electromagnetic interference.
