Netsnoer as-Schwabe 60215 rood 15 m

The AS Schwabe Power Cable 60215 in red is a 15 m mains extension lead fitted with two type F (Schuko) plugs. Designed for a nominal input voltage of 230 V and a rated current of 16 A, this cable extends reach for devices requiring standard European mains connections. The red outer sheath improves visibility on work sites and in domestic environments while the robust construction supports repeated use.

Advantages

The 15 m length provides extended reach without the need for improvised connections, and the 16 A rating accommodates a wide range of household and DIY electrical equipment. The bright red colour enhances safety by making the cable easy to spot, reducing trip hazards and accidental damage. Durable insulation and quality connectors contribute to reliable electrical contact and long service life.

Key specifications

How to use

Unroll the cable fully before use to allow heat dissipation and avoid coiling while connected. Insert one plug into a properly grounded 230 V socket and connect the other plug to the appliance or extension device. Ensure that the combined current draw of connected devices does not exceed 16 A. Avoid placing the cable under carpets or in locations where it can be pinched or damaged by sharp edges and keep it away from sources of heat and moisture.

Recommendations

Inspect the cable and plugs for visible damage before each use. For outdoor use, protect the connections from direct exposure to water and extreme weather. Do not exceed the rated current and replace the cable if signs of wear or compromised insulation appear. Store the cable coiled loosely in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve flexibility and insulation properties.
