Hama 00186405 omgevingsthermometer mechanische omgevingsthermometer binnen/buiten zwart

The Hama 00186405 is a mechanical environment thermometer designed for monitoring ambient temperature both indoors and outdoors. It displays temperature in degrees Celsius (°C) and has a compact height of 26 mm. The unit has a straightforward mechanical display and a black housing that fits a variety of settings where a simple, reliable temperature indicator is required.

Advantages

The thermometer requires no batteries or electronic components, relying on a mechanical sensing and display mechanism that offers continuous readable output. Its compact 26 mm height and black colour make it unobtrusive and easy to place on windowsills, walls, or other locations. The scale in °C provides clear, immediate temperature information suitable for general environmental monitoring.

Key specifications

• Type: Mechanical environment thermometer
• Temperature unit: Degrees Celsius (°C)
• Height: 26 mm
• Colour: Black
• Mounting: Surface or placement on a flat surface (compact housing)

How to use

Place the Hama mechanical environment thermometer in the chosen location, avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources that could skew readings. For outdoor use, position the thermometer in a sheltered spot protected from precipitation while still exposed to ambient air. Read the temperature directly from the mechanical scale in °C. No setup, calibration or batteries are required; simply mount or place the thermometer and check the display as needed.

Recommendations

For the most accurate ambient readings, install the thermometer at eye level in a ventilated area away from radiators, ovens, or direct sunlight. If used outdoors, protect it from direct rain and snow; periodic cleaning of the housing and scale will keep the readout clear.
