Hama 00200678 netwerkkabel zwart 0,25 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

The Hama 00200678 networking cable is a 0.25 m, Cat6a-rated RJ-45 patch cable in black. It supports Gigabit Ethernet data transfer up to 10 Gbps and uses S/FTP double shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. The slimline RJ-45 plugs and flexible construction make the cable suitable for compact or mobile devices and help prevent kinking and cable breakage while maintaining high transmission quality.

Advantages

S/FTP double shielding provides effective protection against electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference. The Cat6a specification supports high-speed data transfer up to 10 Gbps. Slimline RJ-45 plugs are designed for use with flat or space-constrained devices. Flexible materials improve kink protection and increase durability for reliable long-term performance.

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices (switch, router, network adapter). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure connection. Use the short 0.25 m length for tidy, close-proximity connections to minimize cable slack and reduce signal interference in rack or desktop setups.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid tightly bending the cable near the connectors and keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference. Use this short Cat6a cable for internal patching and short links where high data rates and reliable shielding are required.
