Hama 00205291 satellietzoeker geïntegreerd display analoog 1 stuk

The Hama 00205291 Satellite Finder is a compact analog device with a built-in display for detecting and aligning satellite signals. It provides an acoustic tone and a visual meter to indicate signal strength and quality, and includes an attenuator for fine adjustment of the input signal. The unit is black and designed for straightforward use by both professionals and hobbyists.

Advantages

The built-in analog display gives immediate visual feedback while the acoustic signal allows hands-free monitoring during dish alignment. An integrated attenuator enables precise tuning of the input level to avoid overload and obtain the best reception. Its compact form factor and simple controls make the device easy to carry and operate in the field.

How to use

Connect the Satellite Finder between the LNB and receiver or to the coaxial cable from the dish. Power the unit according to the receiver or external power source instructions. Observe the analog display while slowly adjusting the dish azimuth and elevation; listen to the acoustic signal to detect changes in signal strength and quality. Use the attenuator control to reduce the input level if the meter shows overload or to fine-tune the reading for the clearest indication.

Recommendations

When aligning the dish, make small, gradual adjustments and monitor both the display and the acoustic signal. If signal peaks are unstable, use the attenuator to prevent meter saturation and achieve a stable maximum reading.
