Hama 00223163 Stekkerdoos 2 m 10 AC-uitgangen binnen wit

The Hama 00223163 Power Extension is a compact indoor power strip with ten Type F AC outlets and a 2 m cable. It provides surge protection to guard connected equipment against voltage peaks, static charges and indirect lightning strikes, and includes a red pilot light that indicates the surge-protection status. When not in use the cable can be stored in the integrated cable holder on the underside, and the unit features increased touch protection to reduce accidental contact.

Advantages

Ten AC outlets allow multiple devices to be powered from a single wall socket while built-in voltage surge protection helps prevent damage from transient voltage spikes and static discharges. The red pilot light provides a clear optical indication of the surge-protection function. A compact cable holder on the underside keeps the 2 m cable tidy and saves space. The white design and increased touch protection suit indoor environments where safe, unobtrusive power distribution is required.

Suitable for

• Home office setups with multiple peripherals (PC, monitor, printer)
• Entertainment systems (TV, set-top box, game console, soundbar)
• Charging multiple mobile devices and accessories
• Workshops or hobby areas for small power tools and chargers

How to use

Use the cable holder on the underside to wrap and store the cable when the extension is not in use. Ensure the red pilot light is on to confirm the surge protection is operational; if the indicator is off or the unit shows visible damage, disconnect and do not use.

Recommendations

Do not overload the extension strip by connecting devices whose combined current exceeds the strip’s rated capacity. Avoid using the unit outdoors or in damp locations. Regularly inspect the cable and housing for damage and replace the unit if any faults are found. For sensitive equipment, consider additional UPS or dedicated surge protection devices.
