Hama E.V.A - beschermhoes voor harde schijf - capaciteit: 1 harde schijf (2.5) - zwart (00095546)

The Hama 00095546 pouch case is a compact storage solution designed to protect external hard drives and SSDs. Constructed from durable EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), the black zippered case combines a rigid outer shell with a lightweight build to shield drives from scratches, light impacts and dust while remaining easy to carry. With dimensions of 102 mm width, 36 mm depth and 160 mm height, the pouch accommodates single or multiple slim storage devices and small accessories such as cables or adapters.

Advantages

The EVA material provides a stable, semi-rigid structure that resists deformation and absorbs minor shocks without adding significant weight. The compact footprint and slim profile make the case convenient for placement in backpacks, laptop bags or camera bags. The zip closure keeps contents secure and helps prevent dust ingress, while the black exterior presents a neutral, professional appearance suitable for both travel and office use.

Suitable for

• Protecting portable external HDDs and SSDs during transport
• Organizing a single drive with USB cable and small adapters
• Storing spare drives safely at home or in the office
• Carrying drives inside backpacks, messenger bags or briefcases

Key specifications

• Material: EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)
• Colour: Black
• Outer dimensions: 102 mm (W) × 36 mm (D) × 160 mm (H)
• Closure type: Zip
• Weight: lightweight, portable design

How to use

Open the zip and place the storage drive inside so it sits flat and does not bend or press against the case edges. Add any small cables or adapters alongside the drive, making sure they do not create pressure points. Close the zip fully to secure the contents before carrying. For best fit, use this pouch with slim external drives or adapter-wrapped SSDs that match the case dimensions.

Recommendations

Store drives in the pouch when transporting or shelving to reduce the risk of surface scratches, dust accumulation and minor impacts. Avoid exposing the case to heavy compression or prolonged contact with liquids. For long-term storage, keep the pouch in a dry, temperature-stable environment and periodically check stored drives for signs of humidity or damage.
