Hama netwerkkabel grijs 30 m Cat5e F/UTP RJ-45 1000 Mbit/s

The Hama networking cable Grey 30 m Cat5e F/UTP RJ-45 1000 Mbit/s is a 30-metre Cat5e patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It supports Gigabit Ethernet data transfer at speeds up to 1 Gbps and includes additional shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for reliable wired network connections in home and office environments.

Advantages

The cable supports Gigabit Ethernet for high-speed data transfer up to 1000 Mbit/s and has F/UTP shielding that provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference. With secure RJ-45 connectors and a 30 m length, it allows flexible placement of network devices while maintaining signal integrity.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers and switches in home networks
• Wired desktop or office network installations
• Networked multimedia devices and game consoles

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat5e
• Type: F/UTP (foil screened, unshielded twisted pairs)
• Maximum data rate: 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Length: 30 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device (PC, router, switch, or other network equipment) and the other connector into the corresponding port on the network device. Ensure both ends are fully inserted until the connector clips engage. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance.

Recommendations

Use the cable within typical indoor temperature and humidity conditions and avoid running it parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimize interference. For permanent installations, check connector seating and cable strain relief periodically.
