Handmixer Metabo RWE 1200 1200W, 2 versnellingen, model 614048000

The Metabo RWE 1200 hand mixer is a compact, high-torque tool designed for mixing heavy construction materials. Powered by a 1200 W motor and featuring two-speed control, this mixer maintains stable rotational force to handle cement, adhesives, plasters and viscous paints. The robust housing and ergonomic grip support continuous use on job sites and in workshop environments while the simple control layout provides reliable, predictable operation for both professionals and serious DIY users.

Advantages

The two-speed gearbox allows selection of an appropriate mixing speed to match material viscosity, reducing splatter and improving homogeneity. The powerful 1200 W motor delivers consistent torque under load, preventing stalls when working with dense compounds. The compact design and balanced weight distribution reduce operator fatigue during extended mixing tasks. Durable construction and straightforward controls contribute to low maintenance and long service life under typical construction use.

Suitable for

• Mixing cement and mortar for small to medium batches
• Preparing tile adhesives and grout
• Mixing plaster, gypsum and patching compounds
• Blending viscous paints and primers
• General onsite or workshop mixing where controlled continuous mixing is required

Key specifications

• Power input: 1200 W
• Speed control: 2 fixed speeds for different material viscosities
• Design: handheld mixer with ergonomic grip
• Torque: designed for stable torque under load for heavy compounds
• Construction: robust housing intended for construction site use

How to use

Select the lower speed for very viscous mixes such as cement or thick adhesives and the higher speed for lighter materials like paints or thin plasters. Secure the mixing paddle into the spindle according to the paddle manufacturer’s instructions, place the paddle into the material before starting the motor, and increase speed only after immersion to minimize splashing. Maintain a steady, controlled motion and avoid forcing the mixer; allow the motor to maintain its speed to ensure an even blend. Disconnect the tool from the power supply before changing accessories or performing cleaning and maintenance.

Recommendations

For longer life and consistent results, use mixing paddles sized appropriately for batch volume, avoid continuous overload, and follow standard safety practices including eye protection and gloves. Clean the paddle and housing after each use to prevent material buildup.
