Hangmap Elba DEFI FLEX 15 mm lade, oranje kraftpapier 230 g/m²

Elba DEFI FLEX hanging folders for 15 mm drawers are made from 230 g/m² orange kraft paper and designed for suspension-rail filing. The reinforced kraft material offers steady support for documents and lightweight files while maintaining a slim profile that fits standard drawer suspension systems. These hanging folders allow papers to be sorted, stored and accessed without folding or bending, and their orange colour improves visual identification in multi-box filing arrangements.

Advantages

The kraft construction at 230 g/m² provides a balance of rigidity and flexibility, resisting tears and deformation during everyday handling. Compatibility with standard suspension rails ensures easy installation in most drawer filing systems. The 15 mm capacity is appropriate for thinner file groups or for adding separators between thicker bundles, while the bright orange colour enhances visibility and quick retrieval.

How to use

Place the Elba DEFI FLEX hanging folder onto the suspension rails inside a compatible drawer, ensuring the wire or reinforced edge sits securely on both rails. Insert documents upright into the folder without folding; use the 15 mm capacity for a single subject or small batch of papers. Label the front tab or attach an external label for easy identification. When removing or shifting folders, lift gently to avoid stressing the kraft edges.

Recommendations

For longevity, avoid overfilling beyond the 15 mm capacity and keep folders away from prolonged exposure to moisture. Use colour-coding and labelled tabs to optimise retrieval speed and to maintain an organised drawer filing system.
