Hangmap Elba DEFI FLEX 15 mm oranje kraft 230 g/m²

Elba DEFI FLEX hanging folders in Orange Kraft are designed for suspension filing systems. Made from 230 g/m² kraft paper with a 15 mm spine, these folders provide structured support for documents while allowing easy placement on standard filing rails. The orange kraft finish offers clear visual coding to separate projects, subjects or archive sections, and the reinforced construction helps maintain folder shape under regular use.

Advantages

The 230 g/m² kraft material combines stiffness and flexibility to support documents without excessive bulk. A 15 mm spine increases capacity for grouped papers while keeping the folder slim enough for efficient use of filing space. The orange colour improves document identification at a glance, and compatibility with suspension rails ensures stable positioning inside filing cabinets or mobile file frames.

How to use

Place the folder onto suspension rails by aligning the hanging bars with the cabinet or frame rails, then slide until securely seated. Insert documents neatly along the spine to distribute weight evenly and avoid overfilling beyond the 15 mm capacity. For best organisation, label the front or use an insert tab to identify contents. Store folders upright on rails to maintain their form and ease of access.

Recommendations

To extend service life, avoid exposing the kraft material to prolonged moisture and do not overload the folder beyond its 15 mm spine capacity; distribute heavy documents across several folders if needed. Use colour-coded folders like the Orange Kraft option to streamline retrieval and reduce filing time.
