Hangmap Elba DEFI FLEX 30 mm oranje kraft 230 g/m²

Elba DEFI FLEX hanging folders 30 mm in orange kraft are suspension filing folders made from 230 g/m² paperboard and designed to store and organise documents in suspension filing systems. The folders combine a compact 30 mm capacity with a visible orange kraft finish for quick colour coding. They are intended for routine office and home use where moderate durability and simple document separation are required.

Advantages

These Elba DEFI FLEX hanging folders offer a balance of strength and lightness thanks to the 230 g/m² paperboard construction, providing reliable support for documents while keeping the folder thin and manageable. The 30 mm capacity is suitable for small to medium bundles of papers, and the orange kraft colour improves visual identification in filing systems. The folders are compatible with standard suspension rails and are suitable for repeated insertion and removal in everyday filing workflows.

Key specifications

How to use

Slide the folder onto the suspension rails of your filing cabinet or drawer so that the folder hangs freely and the opening is accessible. Insert documents upright or folded as required, keeping the total thickness within the 30 mm capacity. Use the visible orange kraft surface to identify categories or clients; add a label on the tab if further description is needed. Remove and replace folders by lifting them off the rails for transport and re-hang when returning to the filing system.

Recommendations

To maintain folder shape and longevity, avoid overfilling beyond the stated 30 mm capacity and keep the folders away from prolonged exposure to moisture. For clearer indexing, use removable labels or colour-coded markers that contrast with the orange kraft finish.
