Hangmap ESSELTE Pendaflex A4 karton meerkleurig, 345×240 mm, 10-pack

Hanging folder ESSELTE Pendaflex A4 cardboard multicolour, 345×240 mm, pack of 10 is a set of ten A4-size suspension folders made from sturdy cardboard with a multicolour finish. Each folder measures 345 × 240 mm and is designed to hang on standard filing rails, providing a space-saving way to store and sort documents. The lightweight construction offers a balance between portability and durability for everyday office, archive or home use.

Advantages

The suspension folders combine a rigid cardboard body with reinforced edges to reduce wear during frequent handling. Multicolour finishes make visual sorting and quick identification of categories straightforward without additional labels. Their dimensions are tailored to accommodate A4 documents while the hanging format keeps papers flat and prevents curl or loss. Supplied as a pack of 10, the set makes it easy to outfit a filing drawer or expand an existing filing system.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 documents in office filing cabinets with hanging rails
• Sorting archives, project files and client records
• Home paperwork such as bills, receipts and manuals
• Temporary document transport between workstations

Replace individual folders as they wear or add more from the pack to expand the filing range.

Recommendations

Store the folders away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight to preserve the cardboard and colours. For heavy or frequently used documents, consider combining these folders with inner plastic sleeves or dividers to reduce wear. Use multicolour sorting to create an intuitive index for faster retrieval.
