HAZET Asmanchetspreider 4912-5N

The HAZET 4912-5N spreads CV joint boots without removing the drive shaft, saving time on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Its three spreading arms expand from 25 mm to 110 mm, covering universal and original boots.

Highlights

• Mechanical spindle drive with hex input for controlled spreading
• Three arms distribute force evenly to prevent boot damage
• Works on universal and original CV joint boots
• Installation without drive shaft removal
• Made from special steel with corrosion resistance

In daily use

The spreader is positioned over the boot, and the spindle is turned with a wrench to expand the arms. The 25–110 mm range handles most common joint sizes, and the three-arm design keeps the boot centered during installation.
