HDMI-adapter ShiverPeaks 77408 met vergulde contacten, 4K2K-compatibel

The HDMI adapter ShiverPeaks 77408 with gold-plated contacts is a compact interface accessory designed to join two HDMI cables or extend an HDMI connection while preserving high-definition video quality up to 4K2K. Its gold-plated contacts improve corrosion resistance and signal transfer stability, making it suitable for home AV systems, monitors, projectors and media players that require reliable HDMI connections.

Advantages

This adapter offers a small form factor that facilitates neat cable routing and connection in tight spaces without signal loss at supported resolutions. Gold-plated contacts reduce oxidation and help maintain consistent conductivity over time. The straightforward HDMI male-to-female coupling design enables quick linking of HDMI cables and devices without additional tools or power.

Suitable for

• Extending an HDMI run between a TV and a media player or set-top box
• Connecting monitors or projectors in home or office environments
• Temporarily joining two HDMI cables to bridge a distance
• AV setups where 4K2K resolution passthrough is required

Key specifications

• Connector type: HDMI male to HDMI female coupling
• Contact finish: gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance
• Video compatibility: supports 4K2K high-definition video signals
• Form factor: compact inline adapter suitable for tight spaces
• Usage environment: intended for consumer AV, monitors, projectors and media players

How to use

Insert an HDMI cable plug into the adapter’s female HDMI end and connect the adapter’s male HDMI plug into the receiving device’s HDMI port, or vice versa to join two HDMI cables. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and aligned to avoid strain on HDMI ports. For best results with high-resolution content, use HDMI cables rated for the desired bandwidth and avoid excessive cable lengths that may degrade signal quality.

Recommendations

Use the adapter indoors and avoid exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures. When linking cables for 4K2K signals, pair the adapter with high-quality, high-speed HDMI cables and minimize the total cable length to preserve signal integrity. Disconnect by gently pulling the connector body rather than the cable to prevent connector or port damage.
