HDMI ColorFlex-Clips van MicroConnect MC-SR-Y-HDDP – flexibel ontwerp, duurzaam materiaal

MicroConnect HDMI ColorFlex clips (MC-SR-Y-HDDP) are compact cable management accessories designed to secure and route HDMI cables behind TVs, monitors and AV installations. The clips feature a flexible design and durable material that allow gentle retention of the HDMI connector and cable, reducing strain on ports and helping maintain a tidy installation. They are suitable for both residential and office environments where reliable protection and neat cable routing are required.

Advantages

The flexible construction adapts to different cable thicknesses and connector shapes while the durable material resists deformation over time. These clips reduce mechanical stress on HDMI ports by holding the connector in a stable position, which helps prevent accidental disconnection and wear. The compact form factor preserves space behind devices and supports organized cable routing without adding bulk. Available in a color-coded finish, they can also assist visual identification of specific cable runs.

Suitable for

• Home entertainment systems: TVs, soundbars and set-top boxes
• Computer workstations and multi-monitor setups
• AV racks and media cabinets
• Office meeting rooms and presentation equipment
• Temporary or permanent installations where cable strain relief is needed

Key specifications

• Design: flexible clip shape for HDMI connector retention
• Material: durable, deformation-resistant polymer
• Mounting: adhesive-backed or clip-on attachment for flat surfaces and cable bundles
• Compatibility: standard HDMI cables and connectors
• Finish: colored finish for visual identification
• Size: low-profile form factor to minimize space behind devices

How to use

Position the HDMI ColorFlex clip so that it holds the HDMI connector and a short length of cable behind the device. If the clip uses an adhesive backing, clean and dry the mounting surface before applying to ensure a secure bond. For clip-on attachment, open or slide the clip around the cable bundle and seat it so the connector rests in the retention area. Adjust cable orientation as needed to relieve tension on the port and verify the connector remains fully inserted. Allow adhesive to set according to the adhesive manufacturer's recommendations before applying tension to the cable.

Recommendations

Place clips near the device end of the HDMI cable to provide effective strain relief and avoid bending the connector or cable at sharp angles; check adhesive compatibility with the mounting surface and avoid exposing the clip to excessive heat or prolonged UV exposure to preserve material properties.
