HDMI-kabel ATEN VE7834A 60 m Type-A Type-D 18 Gbit/s zwart

The ATEN VE7834A optical HDMI cable (60 m) uses AOC technology to convert input and output signals for high-bandwidth data transmission. It supports True 4K resolutions, is EMI-resistant and fully compliant with HDCP 2.2 and HDMI specifications including 3D, deep color and data rates up to 18 Gbit/s. The cable includes HDMI Ethernet Channel (HEC) and Audio Return Channel (ARC), and supports Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio for lossless audio transmission. Pluggable gender adapters and gold-plated connectors simplify installation and make the cable suitable for extending digital signage and AV systems in professional environments.

Advantages

The VE7834A delivers long-distance HDMI connectivity (60 m) with optical AOC construction that resists EMI and preserves signal integrity. It supports high data throughput up to 18 Gbit/s, True 4K, HDCP 2.2, and lossless audio formats, while HEC and ARC combine network, audio and video over a single cable. Gold-plated contacts and pluggable gender options improve reliability and installation flexibility.

Suitable for

• Digital signage installations in shopping centers and public spaces
• Traffic monitoring and control rooms
• Hospital and healthcare display systems
• Professional AV setups and home theatre systems requiring long-reach HDMI

How to use

Connect one end of the VE7834A cable to the HDMI port (Type-A or Type-D as required) on the source device and the other end to the display or AV receiver. If needed, attach the pluggable gender adapters to match port types. Ensure both devices support the intended resolution and HDCP version. Use the cable’s HEC function where devices support HDMI Ethernet Channel to share network connectivity; enable ARC on compatible TV and audio systems to route audio between devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and kinks along the 60 m run, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources despite its EMI resistance, and verify firmware/HDMI settings on connected devices to ensure 4K/HDCP 2.2 and lossless audio formats are negotiated correctly.
