HDMI-kabel EFB Elektronik K5431AOC.20V2 – 20 m, HDMI Type-A stekker–stekker, zwart

HDMI cable EFB Elektronik K5431AOC.20V2 is a 20 m straight HDMI Type A male-to-male cable in black designed to provide a direct wired connection for audio and video between HDMI-enabled devices. The cable supports joining displays, TVs, projectors and AV equipment over a long run where a single continuous HDMI lead is required, maintaining a tidy, single-cable installation without adapters or converters.

Advantages

This 20 m HDMI Type A male–male cable simplifies long-distance AV connections by offering a single physical link between source and display devices. The standardized HDMI Type A connectors ensure compatibility with most consumer and professional displays and playback devices. The black jacket provides a discreet appearance for installations in living rooms, conference rooms and fixed AV setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting a set-top box, Blu-ray player or media streamer to a TV over a long distance
• Linking a computer or laptop to a monitor or projector in meeting rooms and classrooms
• Permanent installations where a long, direct HDMI run is preferred (wall-to-wall or rack-to-display)
• Home theatre setups requiring a single full-size HDMI connection between components

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 m
• Connector type (both ends): HDMI Type A (Standard), male
• Product colour: Black
• Cable configuration: straight, single continuous HDMI lead with full-size connectors

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A male connector to the HDMI output of the source device and the other HDMI Type A male connector to the HDMI input of the display or AV receiver. Ensure both connected devices are powered off or that HDMI hot-plug detection is supported to avoid transient signals during connection. After physical connection, power on the devices and select the corresponding HDMI input on the display; audio and video should pass through the cable as supported by the connected devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance avoid tight bends, kinks or prolonged strain on the cable; route the cable with gentle curves and secure it with non-compressive clips. If the installation passes through walls or conduit, verify the conduit diameter is sufficient for a 20 m full-size HDMI cable and avoid compressing the connectors. Use device settings to match resolution and audio formats supported by both source and display.
