HDMI-kabel M-Cab 7110002

The M-Cab 7110002 HDMI Cable by EFB Elektronik is a male-to-female HDMI connection cable designed to extend or adapt HDMI links between devices. It delivers high-definition video and multi-channel audio through gold-plated contacts that improve signal transfer and resist corrosion. The cable’s black finish and durable build make it suitable for visible installations in home entertainment systems, workplaces, or AV setups.

Advantages

Gold-plated contacts reduce contact resistance and improve long-term signal reliability. The male-to-female configuration allows straightforward extension or gender adaptation of existing HDMI cables without additional adapters. A robust outer jacket and strain relief at the connectors enhance mechanical durability and help prevent signal interruptions from bending or repeated handling.

Suitable for

• Extending an HDMI cable run between a TV and media player
• Adapting connector gender when combining HDMI cables or equipment
• Connecting projectors, monitors, computers, set-top boxes, or game consoles

Key specifications

• Connector type: HDMI male to HDMI female
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity
• Colour: Black
• Function: Transmission of high-definition video and multi-channel audio

How to use

Insert the male HDMI connector into the source device or existing HDMI cable end and attach the female connector to the receiving HDMI plug or display input. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid forcing them to prevent damage. For best results, route the cable to minimize sharp bends and avoid running parallel to power cables to reduce potential interference.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the cable within typical home or office environments and avoid excessive tension or repeated knotting. If extending very long runs or using advanced features such as 4K at high refresh rates, verify that the connected devices and any intermediate cables also support the required bandwidth.
