HDMI-kabel PureLink PI0500-020 2 m

The PureLink PI0500-020 2m HDMI cable is a two-meter connection solution with male HDMI Type A connectors on both ends. Designed for transmitting high-definition audio and video signals, this cable supports a data transfer rate up to 18 Gbit/s and features gold-plated contacts and a durable black outer jacket. It is intended for reliable connections between TVs, monitors, projectors, gaming consoles and other HDMI-enabled devices where a short to medium length cable is required.

Advantages

This HDMI cable provides stable high-bandwidth transmission up to 18 Gbit/s, enabling compatibility with HD and many 4K sources. Gold-plated contacts improve corrosion resistance and contact reliability, while the standard HDMI Type A connectors ensure broad device compatibility. The 2 m length balances flexibility and cable management for typical living room, office or classroom setups. The black outer sheath offers a neutral aesthetic and protection against wear.

Suitable for

• Connecting set‑top boxes, Blu‑ray players and media players to TVs or AV receivers
• Linking gaming consoles to monitors or televisions
• Connecting laptops or desktop PCs to external displays and projectors
• Home theatre and multimedia setups requiring a 2 m HDMI connection

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A (male) on both ends
• Maximum data transfer rate: 18 Gbit/s
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: black

How to use

Align the HDMI Type A connector with the HDMI port on each device and insert gently until firmly seated; no tools are required. Use the cable to carry audio and video signals from a source device (for example a Blu‑ray player, console or laptop) to a display device such as a TV, monitor or projector. When disconnecting, pull the connector body rather than the cable sheath to avoid strain on the terminations. Ensure both devices are powered on and set to the correct input/output settings for the signal to be recognized.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive twisting of the cable, keep the run under 2 meters without tight coils, and secure connections at both ends. If using with 4K content, verify your source and display settings to match resolution and refresh rate capabilities supported by the connected devices.
