HDMI-kabel ShiverPeaks 77477-FERRIT A-type stekker, ferrietkern, standaardlengte niet opgegeven

The ShiverPeaks HDMI cable 77477-FERRIT is an HDMI A-type to A-type connection cable with a ferrite core integrated for electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression. It is designed to transmit digital audio and video between source devices and displays, supporting common HDMI features. The manufacturer does not specify cable length or bandwidth in the provided data; the cable is described as suitable for use with monitors, TVs, projectors and media players where standard HDMI connectivity and reduced interference are required.

Advantages

The integrated ferrite core helps reduce high-frequency interference that can affect signal quality in environments with nearby electronic equipment. Gold-plated contacts on the HDMI A-type connectors improve corrosion resistance and aim for stable signal contact. The cable supports standard HDMI functionality for transmitting digital audio and video signals and is compatible with devices that use the A-type HDMI interface.

Suitable for

• Connecting set-top boxes, media players or laptops to HDTVs and monitors
• Wiring projectors for presentations and home cinema setups
• Use in environments with potential EMI sources where ferrite suppression is beneficial
• Applications requiring standard HDMI A-to-A connectivity

Key specifications

• Connector type: HDMI A (male) to HDMI A (male)
• Ferrite core: integrated for EMI/RFI suppression
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance
• Supported signals: digital audio and video over HDMI interface
• Compatibility: compatible with displays and source devices using HDMI A-type ports

How to use

Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI output of the source device and the other end to the HDMI input of the display device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and the devices are powered on; select the corresponding HDMI input on the display. If using audio return or ARC/HEAC features, enable them through the device menus as required. Handle the cable by the connector housings and avoid tight bends, kinks or excessive pulling on the cable to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best results, route the cable away from large sources of electrical noise and avoid running it parallel to power cables. Inspect connector contacts periodically and ensure secure seating; replace the cable if visible damage or connectivity issues occur.
