HDMI-kabel ShiverPeaks BASIC‑S A-type haaks 3,0 m verguld

The ShiverPeaks BASIC‑S A‑Type angled HDMI cable, 3.0 m long, is designed to transmit uncompressed digital audio and video between HDMI‑compatible devices. The cable features an A‑Type connector with an angled plug to facilitate connections in confined spaces or recessed ports, and gold‑plated contacts to enhance contact reliability and corrosion resistance. It supports standard HDMI signal transmission for use with TVs, monitors, game consoles, Blu‑ray players and set‑top boxes over a 3.0‑metre run.

Advantages

The angled A‑Type plug reduces stress on connectors and enables easier access to ports located behind furniture or in tight installations. Gold‑plated contacts improve corrosion resistance and provide a stable electrical connection over time. The 3.0 m length allows flexible placement of components while maintaining a single continuous digital connection without adapters.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs and AV receivers where rear ports are difficult to reach
• Linking monitors or projectors to PCs and laptops with limited clearance
• Home entertainment systems with consoles, Blu‑ray players and set‑top boxes
• Temporary or permanent installations where a 3.0 m HDMI cable is required

Key specifications

• Cable type: HDMI A‑Type with angled plug
• Length: 3.0 metres
• Contact finish: gold plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance
• Signal: digital audio and video (HDMI standard signaling)
• Connector orientation: angled plug for space‑saving installations

How to use

Align the HDMI A‑Type angled plug with the HDMI input on your source or display device and insert gently until fully seated. The angled orientation is intended to route the cable parallel to the device surface to minimize protrusion and reduce mechanical strain. When disconnecting, grip the connector housing rather than pulling the cable itself. Ensure both devices are powered off or in standby according to the device manufacturer’s instructions before connecting or disconnecting.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends near the connectors and do not place heavy objects on the cable. Use the angled orientation to relieve stress in tight installations and verify device compatibility with standard HDMI signaling. If long runs or specific HDMI features (such as higher bandwidth versions, Ethernet over HDMI, or advanced audio formats) are required, confirm that the connected devices and the chosen cable meet those requirements.
